Waparazzi terms and conditions
1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees, agents or their families or any company associated with this competition.
2. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
3. Prize for one person includes:
Photograph celebrities in the exclusive VIP Orange Waparazzi pen alongside the official paparazzi on the red carpet.
Take home a Samsung D900 high end camera phone from the night.
Prepare with a training session run by one of the UK’s top paparazzi photographers.
4. The closing date for submitting Orange Waparazzi images is Thursday 8th February. The winner will be selected by an Orange representative. All winners will be notified by Friday 9th February by telephone.
5. Orange accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. If any winner is unable for any reason to accept a prize or cannot be contacted by 9th February, Orange reserves the right to award the prize to another participant whose name will be selected by an Orange representative.
7. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. No purchase necessary.
8. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
10. The prize winners’ names will be available on request by sending a SAE to the promoter’s address and specify which competition you are enquiring about.
